OJT journey in Assessors Office

Good day!
          I'm Daren Carlo Juarez a student from Northern Iloilo State University (Lemery Campus) taking up a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Last January 14, 2025 I started my OJT in LGU Lemery at Assessors office headed by Sir Tomas Laurea. In my first day of OJT together with my fellow trainees we introduced ourselves to the staffs of Assessors office. They also discussed to us their rules and works as their daily task and obligations




In the 1stweek of our duty in the month of march is we are assigned to documents some land and properties of population of lemery 




in the 2nd week we are assigned to measure some properties in every barangay in part of municipality of lemery 





last last week of our duty in accessors office is we are assigned to measure some houses in other barangays in municipality of lemery

They also discussed to us their rules and works as their daily task and obligations the first week of our duty at the assessors office, we put it in excel and we typed part of the land titles of the people in each barangay and we put the name, lot number, lot title and area. and also we have cut papers because it is necessary to replace the old folders that contain titles so that they can be replaced with new ones and the net copies will not be damaged.

My OJT Blog OJT journey in Assessors Office February 10, 2025 Good day!           I'm Daren Carlo Juarez a student from Northern Iloilo State University (Lemery Campus) taking up a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Last January 14, 2025 I started my OJT in LGU Lemery at Assessors office headed by Sir Tomas Laurea. In my first day of OJT together with my fellow trainees we introduced ourselves to the staffs of Assessors office. They also discussed to us their rules and works as their daily task and obligations the first week of our duty in the month of february at the assessors office, we print all the paper works of our boss and use the microsoft excel. After a week, we went to different people's lands to check out their land areas and made a documentary. And in addition to our job of receiving or delivering documents to the offices of those who sign the documents.
